YSR Navasakam Schemes List

YSR Navasakam Rice Card
The Governement of Andhra Pradesh have decided to issue a new YSR Rice Card to all the eligible beneficiaries. In this Rice Card Scheme, only those citizens will get the benefits whose family income is less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and while in Urban areas, it is less than Rs. 12,000/- per month. Not only this but also the following details are compulsory in case you want to be eligible for Rice card.
- Total land of the family should be less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together.
- Every month electricity consumption should be less than 300 units.
- No family member should be Government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.)
- Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
- No family member should pay income tax.
- In urban areas family who owns no property or less than 750 sft built up area.
YSR Pension Kanuka Card
To be eligible for YSR Pension Kanuka Card, one must check the following eligibligy criteria to get all the benefits for YSR Pension Kanuka Card
The elibility norms that governement has revised for YSR Pension Kanuka Card are given below.
Total family income should be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
- Total land holding of the family should be less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together.
- Monthly electricity consumption should be less than 300 units.
- No family member should be Government employee or pensioner
- Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
- No family member should pay income tax.

Aarogyasri Card Status AP
To be elibile for YSR Aarogyasri Card, one must fulfill all these criteria that have been fixed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- Family whose annual income is less than or upto 5 lakhs
- Less than 12 acres of wet or 35 acres of dry land or a total of 35 acres (wet and Dry)
- Only one personal car (Not more than one)
- No or Less than 3000 sft built up area in urban area
- Government employees are not covered under YSR Aarogyasri card because they are covered under employee health scheme .
Jagananna Vidya Deevena (RTF) & Jagananna Vasathi Deevena
Below you can see some details about this scheme that is only applicable to students as mentioned below.
- Under Jaganann Vidya Deevena, the complete fee reimbursement (RTF) can be given.
- Under Jagananna Vasathi Deevena Yojana, Rs. 20,000/- per annum will be provided to every student for food and hostel expenses from the year 2019-2020.
- All eligible students who are pursuing Polytechnic, ITI, Degree and above level courses in Government, Aided, Private Colleges affiliated to State Universities / Boards can get benefit from this scheme.
Deevena (MTF) Cards: To be eligible for JVD (RTF) & JVD (MTF), the following eligibility criteria is essential if you want to avail benefits under this scheme. If you are a student and want to avail benefits from this scheme, then you must check your family details before applying for this scheme.
- The annual income of the family of students should be less than Rs. 2.5 lakh .
- They are having less wet 10 acres or dry 25 acres or 25 acres wet and dry.
- No member should be Government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.).
- Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
- No family member should pay income tax.
- In municipal areas owning less than 1500 sft of built up area
If your family fulfills all the above criteria, then you are eligible for this scheme to avail benefits.
YSR Sunna Vadi
As per the Assurance made by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, to reduce the burden of interest on poor self help group (SHG) women, it is proposed to pay interest portion for the FY 2019-20 on SHG bank loan amount outstanding as on 11/04/2019 under YSR Sunna Vaddi Scheme. But you must check the eligibility criteria as mentioned below.
- All the Self Help Group (SHG) women both rural and urban with bank loan accounts outstanding amount upto Rs.5.00 lakhs are eligible for this scheme.
- If the Self Help Group loan accounts have been declared as Non performing assets as on 31/03/2019 as per SERP and MEPMA data base are not eligible.
YSR Amma Vodi
Jagananna Amma Vodi is the one of flagship programme that has been announced by the Hon’ble Chief Minister. It provides financial assistance to each mother after recognising the BPL, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and region to enable her to educate her child / children from class I to XII in all types of Schools or Junior Colleges from Academic Year 2019-2020.
As per eligibility criteria the village volunteer will collect the information and hand it over to Mandal Education Officer for onward process and sanction. The detailed guidelines about YSR Amma Vodi have already been issued.
YSR Kapu Nestham
The main objective of this scheme is to financially empower Kapu women who are above 45 years of age by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards with financial assistance of Rs.75,000/-at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per annum.
- All the Women belonging to Kapu community who are between 45 to 60 years are eligible for this scheme
- Total family income should be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
- Total land holding of the family should be less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together.
- No family member should be Government employee or pensioner
- Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
- No family member should pay income tax.
- In urban areas family who owns no property or less than 750 sft built up area.
Honorarium to Imams, Muazams, Pastors and increase in salaries to Archakas
The Hon’ble Chief Minister`s assurance to pay Honorarium to the Pastors, Imams & Muazzins and increase in salaries to Archakas. Detailed guidelines will be issued by the concerned Departments.
Concerned Departments will identify the beneficiaries to extend financial assistance.
Financial Assistance to Nayee Brahmins, Rajakas and Tailors
Under this scheme, the financial assistance of Rs. 10000 (Ten Thousand Rupees only) Per year will be provided to the following persons of BC Community. The Eligibility criteria for this scheme is mentioned below;
Nayee Brahmins
Those Nayee Brahmin, who involved in the profession of Barber having a permanent or Mobile establishment on his name are eligible for getting financial assistance of Rs. 10000/- per year under this scheme but they should be below poverty line and should have a white BPL Ration Card and a registered shop.
Rajakas
Citizens who belongs to Rajaka Community and are involved in the profession of dhobi having a permanent or mobile establishment on his or her name are eligible for getting financial assistance under this scheme but they should be below poverty line and should have a white BPL Ration Card and a registered shop.
Tailors
The citizens who are from BC Community and are involved in the profession of Tailoring, and also having a permanent establishment or mobile establishment are eligible for getting financial assistance under this scheme. Not only this but also they should be below poverty line and should have a white BPL Ration Card and a registered shop. .
YSR Nethanna Nestham
Under this scheme, the Government will provide Rs. 24,000/- per annum to assist every weaver family who owns a handloom to modernise their equipment and to compete with power loom sector. This scheme have been implemented from December 2019 in Andhra Pradesh State.
- The weaver family shall be under Below Poverty Line.
- One benefit for one weaver family irrespective of number of looms owned by them.
Department of Handlooms and Textiles has already identified the eligible beneficiaries for sanction of financial assistance under the scheme.
